This website is hosted on the Kajabi platform, provided by Kajabi, Inc. (USA). Kajabi processes technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, access times) as necessary to deliver the website to your device. We have a data processing agreement in place with Kajabi.

Cookies set by Kajabi may include both strictly necessary cookies (required for the site to function) and non-essential cookies (analytics/advertising), depending on your consent choices.

6. Contact Form

To protect the form against spam and automated abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA, provided by Google LLC (USA). reCAPTCHA analyzes technical data (e.g., IP address, browser and device information, mouse movements) to distinguish human visitors from bots. 7. Marketing Emails

If you sign up to receive emails from us, we send these through Kajabi's marketing email infrastructure via a dedicated sending domain, using Mailgun (a service of Sinch) as the underlying delivery provider. Your email address and engagement data (e.g., opens, clicks) are processed for this purpose. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

8. Social Media

Our website may include links to our profiles on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. These are plain links, not embedded feeds or plugins — clicking them takes you to the respective platform, where that platform's own privacy policy applies. No data is transmitted to these platforms merely by visiting our website.

9. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (Kajabi, Mailgun/Sinch, Google) are based in or transfer data to the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as implemented by the respective provider.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Contact form inquiries and email marketing data are retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe, respectively, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
