MAYBE YOU KNOW THIS

Is This You?

Your day belongs to everyone except you.

It's not a lack of discipline. Your day is simply claimed before it even begins. Find Time for Yourself helps you create small islands of time, a calmer body and space to belong in your own day again.

YOUR WEEK

Seven Days, One Small Step at a Time

One short video, one worksheet and one small practice a day, at your own pace. Tap a day to see what it holds.

Intro

Why "No Time" Was Never Really About Time

Your starting point

Look at the real reasons time for yourself keeps disappearing, and why the answer isn't doing more or trying harder.

1

Create Small Islands of Time

What do you really wish for?

Get clear on what you actually wish for, and learn to find and protect small pockets of time, even on a full day.

2

Come Home to Your Body

Your body as your anchor

Reconnect with your body through a simple practice, and notice what it has been carrying for you.

3

Let Your Nervous System Settle

From alert to at ease

Take an honest look at where you stand and learn a simple breathing practice that helps your system come down from constant urgency.

4

Quiet Your Mind, Naturally

A calm mind without force

Discover how a quieter mind arrives on its own, without forcing yourself to "just stop thinking."

5

Make Space for Your Heart

Warmth, connection, a few honest minutes

Make room for the feelings and needs that have been pushed aside, gently, right in the middle of your day.

6

Breathe, Be Alive: Learn to Simply Enjoy

The art of doing nothing

Feel how little it takes to feel truly alive: enjoyment you never have to earn, explain or turn into something productive.

7

What Shifted, What Resisted: Your Next Step

Your week in review

Look honestly at what shifted and what resisted, and leave with a clear sense of where your path can go next.

No pressure. No complicated system. Just one small step each day.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions You Might Have

How much time does each day take?
Each day brings one short video and one worksheet, designed to fit into a full life. And you don't have to do it in exactly seven days: the structure gives you a clear path, but you go at your own pace.
Is this a wellness or meditation training?
It includes calming, reflective practices, but it's not a complicated wellness routine. It's a simple training for creating small, protected pauses in real life.
What if I feel guilty taking time for myself?
That's exactly part of what the training helps you explore. Day 7 looks at what resisted during your week, and how to take your next step with more honesty and care.
Do I need experience or a lot of free time?
No. You only need a few minutes, a way to watch the lessons and space for the worksheet. The training was created for people whose daily life keeps taking over.
What does it cost, and can I get an invoice?
Find Time for Yourself is €29, a one-time payment with 12 months of access. Need an invoice with your company details? Just get in touch via our contact page.

You Don't Have to Wait Until Everything Calms Down.
